Guidelines set for Christmas Wish
The Christmas Wish program sponsored by Main Street Mission is still taking letters from families with needy children.
Letters seeking gifts for children up through high school age will be accepted through December 12, 2007. The recommended spending limit is $50 per child. A telephone number for a contact person must be included with the request, along with the address. The families will be contacted for registration before the letters will be published.
An effort will be made to coordinate with other agencies to avoid duplication and to make sure the most number of children can be served

People who wish to grant one of these children's Christmas Wishes may call 479-968-8303. Calling hours 8:00am to 5:30pm Donations are also being accepted at Main Street Mission or checks can be mailed to the above P.O. Box.
The day after Thanksgiving the first Christmas Wish letters provided by the review panel will be posted in The Courier newspaper.
