MSM Goes Ebay

Exciting news for eBayers!  Did you know that you can now sell items on Ebay and have a portion (or all of!) the proceeds go directly to the Main Street Mission?!  That’s right!  It’s that easy to donate!   While organizing a charity garage sale is a great way to donate to a charity, some of us simply cannot do it because of physical hardship, time constraints, etc. Donating through your eBay sales couldn’t be easier!  You decide what to sell, when to sell and how much of the proceeds will be given to The Mission and you do it all from the comfort of your home computer!   (Please note that eBay requires a $5.00 minimum donation amount, so you will want to make sure your item will sell for at least $5.00.)

And the best part is that eBay refunds your listing fees directly proportionate to the amount that you designate to the charity, so for example if you donate 10% of your proceeds, eBay will refund 10% of your fees.  If you donate 100% of your proceeds, eBay refunds 100% of your fees!  Now that is a deal!
